Sherinda Chakwawa

Co-Founder & Managing Director

Sherinda holds a BA(Wits) in Industrial Psychology and a B.Com Honours in Industrial and Organisational Psychology. With a professional background in telecommunications and partner management across Africa, she brings both business insight and a deep understanding of organizational needs to CAP.

Throughout her career, Sherinda has focused on bridging the gap between human resources and emerging technologies, enabling leaders and managers to work more effectively in dynamic environments. Her passion lies in **empowering young professionals and developing leaders** to thrive in the corporate world by equipping them with the skills, confidence, and mindset needed to succeed.

At CAP Training, Sherinda combines her experience in business strategy, training, and people development to create impactful learning opportunities. She is particularly driven by the belief that youth in South Africa deserve the tools and mentorship to unlock their potential and achieve meaningful success.

Ulandah Malepe-Smith

Co-Founder & Chief Operations Officer

As Co-founder and COO, Ulandah brings over 10 years of experience in the youth development and skills training sector, successfully guiding hundreds of graduates and employed professionals to strengthen their workplace performance.

Her career has spanned projects in both corporate and community environments, giving her a deep understanding of workforce development, employability initiatives, and large-scale training operations. Ulandah is passionate about creating pathways that empower people with the skills, confidence, and opportunities needed to thrive in their careers.

She holds a Higher Certificate in Accounting Science (UNISA), a TEFL Certificate, and advanced qualifications in Professional Facilitation, Assessment, and Moderation. In addition, she is a certified Professional Quality Auditor and has further credentials in Business Management and Human Resource Management.

This strong academic foundation, combined with extensive hands-on leadership experience, enables her to drive operational excellence, uphold quality standards, and deliver innovative training solutions that make a measurable impact.
